Verity Symcox is an award-winning leadership coach, academic, and lecturer with over 14 years of experience helping individuals and teams develop their leadership capability, resilience, and ability to navigate change.
Professional Background and Credentials
Alongside her coaching work, Verity is a lecturer at Henley Business School, where she leads the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching. She holds an MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change and is currently pursuing doctoral research in psychology, exploring how managers support mental health in the workplace.
