Liv is an executive coach and leadership development specialist with a background in global operations, change management, and organisational culture. She helps leaders navigate career transitions, leadership challenges, and team dynamics, ensuring they develop the confidence and clarity to thrive in complex environments.
Professional Background and Credentials
She holds an MSc in Coaching for Behaviour Change from Henley Business School, specializing in autism in coaching, and a Master’s in Manufacturing Engineering (MA MEng) from the University of Cambridge. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and is certified in DISC, Hogan assessments, and neurodiversity inclusion training, bringing a well-rounded and evidence-based approach to leadership coaching.
