I am Ash Ross, an experienced leadership coach and the founder of Ross Coaching Ltd. My coaching career began in 2016, driven by a profound passion for unlocking potential in people and enhancing organisational success across various industries.

Prior to embarking on my coaching journey, I held significant leadership roles in diverse sectors, experiences that now enrich my coaching methods. I hold a Master’s degree in coaching and am accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). My academic and professional journey includes conducting impactful research on leadership performance, which continues to inform my practice.
